His background as an Artist Manager & Filipino Martial Arts Instructor combined with his passion for Scuba Diving, has given Eddie the reputation as a tough and disciplined agent. Known as a Luxury Waterfront expert, Eddie also specializes in Luxury Real Estate for Recording Artists, Pro Athletes and Fashion Icons. 

     When Eddie is not closing deals in Real Estate, you can catch him teaching Realtor Self Defense Seminars, volunteering at Day Programs for individuals with Developmental Disabilities, managing talented Recording Artists and hosting Environmental Cleanups with his Dive Group.

      Eddie has worked with diverse groups of people, including members of the LGBTQ+ community as well as providing care for children and adults with Developmental Disabilities.
