Master Eduardo "Eddie" G. Escobido III became a life-long Martial Arts Practitioner in 1997. He has studied multiple styles, including Ed Parker Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. In 2002 he began studying Lapu Lapu Vińas Arnis, in Phoenix Arizona, under Master Thomas F. Caulfield III, who is a Master Student of Headmaster Wilson "Nonong" Vińas. While in the Philippines, in February of 2014, Master Escobido officially became certified as 4th Degree Instructor by Headmaster Viñas and was appointed Senior Director of Operations – Worldwide, to promote the art of Lapu Lapu Viñas Arnis.
