Being prior military, I think self-awareness, safety, and understanding your surroundings should be a natural instinct. Eddie did a really great job at explaining and delivering. He took his time to watch everyone individually and find whatever their weakest point would be, and help them fix that. Besides that, the personality of Eddie makes it fun and more willing to participate.
